Our pre-employment academies deliver tailor made programmes that have been written in partnership with employers who are looking for new staff. The programmes are accredited by City & Guilds and are fully funded by the Skills Funding Agency.
Through our partnerships with Job Centres, Work programme providers and community organisations we are able to assess suitable candidates, deliver high impact sector specific vocational training and put the candidates forward for employers to interview for suitable vacancies.
Employers are able to select and interview candidates who are attending any of our sector specific Academies. Alternatively we can set up a tailor made Academy based around an employers specific standard operating procedures.
